Simple and Easy Paneer Masala Recipe | Paneer Ki Sabji Recipe | Paneer Recipes

Hello Friends! Welcome to #mstiffintastic
Today I have shared how to make simple and easy paneer masala recipe

Ingredients :
For marinating the paneer :
Paneer - 375 gm
Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
kashmiri red chilli powder - 1/4 tsp
Garam masala powder - 1/4 tsp
Salt - 1/3 tsp
Water to sprinkle

For frying the paneer :
Oil - 1 tbsp
Marinated paneer
*after frying the paneer, soak it in 1 cup of hot water

For the Crushed whole spices :
Cardamom - 3
Clove - 3
Cinnamon - a small piece
Whole black pepper - 1/3 tsp


For the paste :
Roughly chopped tomato - 1 1/2 cup
Roughly chopped onion - 1 cup
Garlic cloves - 3 - 4
Green chilli - 3 or to taste
Ginger - 1 inch (if using paste, use 1 1/2 tsp)
Cashew - 6 - 7
Water - 2 tbsp


For preparing the paneer masala :
Crushed spices
Cumin seeds - 1/2 tsp
Fried paneer with the water in which it was soaked
Oil - 2 tbsp
Prepared paste
Salt - to taste
Sugar - 1/4 tsp
Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
Kashmiri red chilli powder - 1/2 tsp
Cumin powder - 1/2 tsp
Coriander powder - 1 tsp
Water as required (use hot water)
Fenugreek leaves - 1/2 tsp
Garam masala - 1/3 tsp
Chopped coriander - 1 tbsp

Final tempering :
Ghee - 1/2 tbsp
Kashmiri red chilli powder - 1/2 tsp
