A man says squatters living in the unit above him in a Southeast Portland condo have made it a nightmare. He described living under them as chaos with everything from fights and music loud enough to knock the pictures off his walls, to gun violence.

“I’m always on edge. I feel like I’m constantly wondering what’s going to happen,” he said.
