Implementation of a web system to improve the process of technical supervision in the incidents of the hydrocarbons regulatory institution in the city of Lima - 2023

In this study, we implemented a web system to enhance the technical supervision of incidents at a hydrocarbon regulatory company, aiming to reduce time-consuming manual processes. We developed this research using the Scrum methodology, which is an agile methodology that aligns well with our research. Using the process, events, and artifact, it was possible to design the prototypes of the system, architecture, and database, among other important points. We reflected the user's requirements in the development process, always keeping in mind that the system should be intuitive and not complex. The web system's implementation automates processes and ensures end-user satisfaction.
