"Atmos" (Extreme Demon) by Marwec, Xender Game, bli & more | Geometry Dash 2.11

It's been a couple of years that I've waited for "Atmos" now. All the previews looked amazing, and the full layout was also uploaded nearly 3 years ago. As usual, Marwec made some really cool gameplay that is at least visually pleasing. It's definitely one of the coolest layouts I've seen by him. Seeing that and finding out that it's getting decorated by a stacked team of creators was very hype.

Now that it's out, I'd say the visuals exceeded my expectations. It's consistently amazing quality from start to finish. The color usage is great in every part, featuring some really nice combinations. This is on top of components that already look great, such as the block designs, simple effects, and backgrounds. In particular, I really like the latter, which all have some nature or space art, tying it all together. Of course, this wouldn't work nearly as well without smooth transitions; the team did great on that.

I believe this was originally intended to be a little harder, but after balancing it's gotten a bit easier. It will, however, still be an Extreme Demon. According to Luqualizer, the verifier, it should be around "Nhelv" in difficulty. He also found it pretty enjoyable to beat, so let's hope that is the case for others too. With no major unnoticed issues, this should get a deserved Epic Extreme Demon rating.
