We started our dining experience with flavorful Spicy Tuna Rolls, addictive Pao de Queijo-Brazilian cheese Bread, a refreshing Mediterranean Salad and a juicy “Office Burger”.

Then we were delighted by the variety of cuisines… devouring the Spicy Korean Spare Ribs, Miso Ginger & garlic Bok Choy, Shrimp pasta and “Shawarma” Rotisserie Lamb Tacos! Each dish deliciously gluten free!👏

Brewco Social’s beautiful ocean view and inviting space complements their creative menu, offering a variety of choices appealing to everyone’s foodie preferences!

Finding gluten free restaurants willing to cater to dietary conditions can be tricky. Knowing the right questions to ask, calling ahead, and making sure you feel safe and comfortable eating out takes practice, patience and confidence. Don’t be bashful.

I share with my clients, restaurants today are hyper aware and have started to take our digestive disorder seriously. Many restaurants not only mark dishes GF, some have a designated gluten free menu. Best advice is, call ahead to make sure the restaurant is gluten free friendly with items on the menu that you can eat.

The Zislis family of restaurants in Manhattan Beach and The South Bay are all gluten free friendly and offer a large variety of gluten free options. 💝

As I sat in our cozy booth, I was thinking…Brewco Social would be a great restaurant for a large gathering and special occasion too! We always have celebrating in our family! And a restaurant that caters to our gluten intolerance means so much! 🤣

I must share, the staff were very accommodating, our sever was excellent, the ambiance was great and the food was delicious! A great date nite❤️
