Chef Mia shows us how to make 3 variations of delicious chicken wings in the air fryer: Japanese-inspired Teba Shio wings, bright & zesty lemon pepper wings, and classic buffalo wings. Each wing recipe uses simple ingredients and takes just 18 minutes in the air fryer for easy cooking on game day with crisp, tender, and juicy results.

INGREDIENTS
Teba Shio Chicken Wings :
• ¾ cup cooking sake 
• 1 pound chicken wings  
• 1 teaspoon kosher salt  
• 2 teaspoons Shichimi togarashi, plus more for serving 
• ¼ teaspoon freshly ground white pepper  
• 1 teaspoon grapeseed oil 
• ½ teaspoon lemon juice
• Oil spray
• Lemon wedges, for serving  

Lemon Pepper Chicken Wings :
• 1 pound chicken wings   
• ½ lemon, juiced
• 2 teaspoons kosher salt   
• ¼ cup lemon pepper
• Oil spray
• Lemon wedges, for serving
• Crudités, for serving

Buffalo Chicken Wings :
• 1 cup Frank's RedHot® Original Cayenne Pepper Hot Sauce
• ¼ cup of melted unsalted butter
• 2 teaspoons kosher salt, divided
• 2 teaspoons lemon juice
• 1 pound chicken wings   
• 1 teaspoon grapeseed oil  
• 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
• Oil spray
• Ranch or blue cheese dressing, for serving
• Carrot sticks, for serving
• Celery sticks, for serving
