i hope you enjoyed this little week in my life. it definitely had its ups and downs. crashing out in ballet class is unfortunately not new to me but as i get older i realize how important it is to pull yourself out of those trenches and turn your mindset around. it often feels like my default setting is negative self talk and hating my body but i refuse to let that be true. everyday i work to keep a positive mindset because that is the only way i'll ever achieve these dreams i have.

i love everyone of you so so much. you got this. you're beautiful. and i believe in whatever dream you have for yourself.
