Didn't really work for me. I think being told "your now under hypnosis" when you know your not kinda ruins it.

I don't consider this audio book to be a story but is so helpful when one can't get to sleep. I certainly found it so but wished it was longer than 20 minutes and as I find it difficult to sleep I listen every night.

Works really well for me!
I've been using this book for a week, as I have been having problems getting to, and staying, sleep. I am now dropping off at some point during the reading and not waking during the night! Wonderful :)

Amazing. Calms and unwinds before falling into a great sleep. Can't recommend you try this enough if you are struggling with sleep. It even helps my 10 year old who has never enjoyed the process of drifting to sleep. It relaxes her mind before she sleeps and she is sleeping after 15 mins, whereas before it could take 1-2 hours for her to eventually fall to sleep in her quiet room through sheer exhaustion. Gives me back my evening and she wakes up feeling good.

First one l have used that works!
Real surprise to find a recording that worked for me. Fallen asleep 4 out of 7 times, and relaxes too.
