This is a guide on how to install the Aerogenics 1.5" lift spacers in the front of your CR-V hassle free and with simple hand tools, though it can also apply to larger and smaller lifts as well. I've included all the information I can about the additional components you'll need to purchase if you're looking to raise the vehicle further than 1.5".

You will need:
14mm wrench/breaker bar
Spring compressors
1 x Jackstand
1 x Jack

During the first installation you will need spring compressors so that you can safely loosen and rotate the top hat so that the studs on your new lift spacer are aligned to where the studs on the top hat would typically sit.

Every subsequent removal of the strut, with the techniques used in this video, will no longer require spring compressors to reinstall the strut, as this method doesn't require compressing the springs to install the strut, but simply just for the top hat rotation.

If you're looking to use this video as a base guide to go off for installing a larger lift, everything applies exactly the same, just at certain height milestones you will need to purchase additional components for your suspension to keep your geometry safely aligned. I cover the majority of this in the video, and you can see my installation of some of those parts in my most recent Vlog Ep #2 which I've linked below

FULL DISCLAIMER:
I'm not getting paid for this video. I'm just genuinely a fan of the products Aerogenics sell, have a lot of confidence in them and like to put valuable information back into the community where possible.
I was offered my 2" spacers to make an instructional video, if I chose to, when I decided I wanted to go higher again. My intention was always to make an installation guide for the rear, and it had been in the works before I was offered the new, larger spacers. It just worked out well that the projects synced up!
