Join me for a walk through the town that was in 2021 named the best place to live in Northern Ireland: Holywood! Though perhaps not quite as star-studded as its cousin across the pond, this beautiful Northern County Down town is home to a wealth of history, and a vibrant community, all of which make it an irresistible place for both visitors and long-term residents!

On our walk around Holywood, we pass a number of interesting landmarks, including the ruins of Holywood Priory, Holywood Priory Churchyard, Holywood First Presbyterian Church, Rowing Club Memorial, Johnny the Jig sculpture (Rosamund Praeger), Holywood Old Post Office, Holywood Maypole, The Maypole Bar (Ned's), Holywood First Non-Subscribing Presbyterian Church, High Street Presbyterian Church, the former studio of Rosamund Praeger, Redburn Square, Holywood War Memorial, the Holywood Sign, Holywood Orange Hall, Holywood Town Hall, and St. Colmcille's Church.
