In the first relegation game at the 2014 World Cup, Baltimore Revo took on Houston Heat for the right to maintain a spot in the PSP Champions Division. The winner would stay with the best teams in paintball, and the loser would drop down to the PSP Challengers Division for the first event next season. Revo had lost all 4 games in the prelims, but proved themselves as scrappy up-and-comers against a strong field. Heat had a disappointing season after two years of domination. Both teams were very hungry to win this match.
