Healthy Tasty Breakfast
Veggie Cheela

Ingredients
Besan 1 Cup
Suji 1/2 Cup
Dahi 1/2 Cup
Water 1 Cup
Onion 1/2
Carrot 1
Capsicum 1/2
Tomato 1
Paneer 60 grams
Coriander Leaves 1/4 Cup
Green Chilli 2
Red Chilli 1tbsp
Turmeric 1/4 tsp
Salt to taste
Chilli Flakes 1tsp
Oregano 1tbsp
Oil/Ghee - as required
Coriander Mint Chutney
Steps
➡️ Take a mixing bowl and add besan, suji, dahi & water. Mix it well. Cover & let the batter rest for 20 mins.
➡️ Meanwhile take a chopper and chop all the veggies along with some Paneer.
➡️ Add the veggies mix into the batter along with spices mentioned above.
➡️ Brush some oil and onion on cast iron tawa and spread small thin cheela.
➡️ Add some oil and then cover it for 2 mins.
➡️ Cook both the sides until crisp and golden brown.
➡️ Serve hot with Coriander Mint Chutney.

No Bread Sandwich
Healthy Breakfast

Ingredients
Moong Dal 1/2 Cup
Poha 1/4 Cup
Wash 2-3 times
Soak 1 Hour
Vegetables 1 Cup
(I used
Capsicum ,Bell Peppers, Onion, Cabbage, Tomato)
Suji 1/4 Cup
Fresh Coriander Leaves 1 Cup
Homemade fresh
Paneer 60 grams
Red Chilli 1tsp
Salt to taste
Chilli Flakes 1tsp
Oregano 1/2 tbsp
Steps
➡️ Wash moong dal and poha 2-3 times and then soak for atleast 1 Hour.
➡️ Blend it with some suji and Coriander Leaves. Rest the batter 10 mins.
➡️ Transfer the mixture to a bowl. Add chopped Vegetables , panner, salt and spices,
➡️ Add 1 tsp soda or eno before making this sandwich or let the batter ferment naturally for few hours.
➡️ Use toast maker brush with oil and add this batter.
➡️ Cook on low flame for atleast 4-5 mins each side until it's crisp and cooked completely.
➡️ Serve hot with Coriander Mint Chutney.

Veggie Paneer Toast
Healthy Breakfast

Ingredients
Vegetables 1.5 Cups
Green Chilli 1
Besan 1 Cup
Salt to taste
Red Chilli 1.5 tsp
Ajwain 1 tsp
Fresh Coriander Leaves 1/4Cup
Suji 1tbsp
Paneer 60 grams
Oregano
Chilli Flakes
Oil/Ghee
Steps
➡️ In a mixing bowl add finely chopped veggies along with besan, suji, paneer and spices. Make a thick batter as shown in the video.
➡️ Take any bread of your choice and spread good amount of besan mixture and cook on tawa until crisp & golden brown.
➡️ Cook on low flame for 7-8 mins so that besan is cooked nicely from inside.
➡️ Serve with homemade Coriander Mint Chutney.
