Let's play the first part of Asphalt 9: Legends and have some first impressions on this amazing arcade/racing game!

I'm getting in gear and taking on the world's best, most fearless street racer pros to become the next Asphalt Legend.

Asphalt 9: Legends is a racing video game developed by Gameloft Barcelona (in Spain) and published by Gameloft. It is the ninth main installment in the Asphalt series, one of the Editor's Choices on Google Play Store.

The game uses the Bullet physics engine, and the Jet Engine game engine. It won the award for "Sports Game" at the 2019 Webby Awards. You have to be online to play this game.

In comparison to previous entries in the Asphalt series, there are several new and improved features, such as a prestigious car lineup, new control schemes, including the autopilot mode called Touch Drive, and race modes, as well as the reimplemented "shockwave nitro" from Asphalt 6: Adrenaline and Asphalt 7: Heat.

I play the tutorial race (that lets you discover the autopilot mode called Touch Drive and the new control schemes) then the very first race "Ancient Ruins" that takes place in Scotland in this first part.

This race number 1 is part of the Class B Novice map (the first map available for beginners in Asphalt 9: Legends, its purpose is to help beginners get use to this game environment). You have to progress to unlock new maps.
