I start a new base on the frozen asteroid of RIME. Can we make this frozen rock a nice new (warm) home in Oxygen Not Included?

In this video:

relocated oil refining up higher on the map to improve efficiency
moved desalinator and oxygen production out of the base because it was too hot
pumping CO2 to space instead of scrubbing it
