Serious Eats: Must Try Sizzling Sisig! Mila's Tokwa't Baboy | Angeles City Pampanga Mila's Tokwa't Baboy is a must visit legendary carinderia in Angeles City Pampanga started in 1986 by Milagros Gomez with a culinary heritage of serving the very best Pampanga delicacy Sizzling Sisig which is marinated chopped pig face, ears, meat, onions and chicken liver seasoned with chili, vinegar and calamansi. We just spent the day at Aqua Planet Clark and considering we were already in the area we were curious to check this place out and boy were we blown away! From their simple one page menu we would highly recommend everything we ordered including the Sizzling Sisig, Chicharon Bulaklak, Pako Salad, Tokwa't Baboy and Malunggay Soup. It is definitely worth the 1
hour drive from Manila and we are already craving for more since we left.
