Delivery. Partnerships. Pride. 2024 was a landmark year for Peel Waters.

In this year alone Peel Waters have completed 737 new homes and received planning approval to build a further 1,701 homes in addition to our already secured and live construction pipeline.

Standout moments of 2024 include developing 500 striking new homes at Millers Quay, Wirral Waters - the largest project we have delivered since MediaCity – and developing Cavalier Court, Chatham Waters - the largest affordable housing project Peel have ever delivered.

On planning permissions, we secured planning consent for Yorkhill Quay at Glasgow Waters, which means we can now deliver 1,100 new homes alongside a 200-bedroom hotel, making it one of the most exciting, major regeneration projects to watch in Glasgow. We also secured planning for ‘Basin3’ a new 300,000 square foot employment campus at Chatham Waters.

We are working in partnership with Homes England and Liverpool City Council on Central Docks, Liverpool Waters where we managed to secure a £56 million investment that will support the creation of a new public park and vital infrastructure that will accommodate approximately 2,350 new homes within Central Docks.

This year we celebrated the start on site of Embassy Village a project we have been working on for many years and has brought over 50 businesses together from across Greater Manchester to work towards breaking the cycle of homelessness.

We also launched the UK's first public floating sauna to Liverpool Waters.
