The majority of Tape 16 had it's audio out of sync. I edited the parts I've been uploading so they match, but right at the very end of the tape HBO had issues with audio and video so it was doubly out of sync. It started during one of the Madeline commercials. It's the same as the one that played before Journey to the Center of The Earth so I just omitted it so I could sync the rest of the commercials.

4:11 HBO advertises several programs including Encyclopedia, The Princess Bride, some nature show, animated Robin Hood, something that looks like anime, HBO Family Playhouse and other stuff I didn't recognize
5:11 Some copyright info. You can hear audio in the background. I don’t know if that was caused by the VHS tape of if it happened during the broadcast.
