Ever wondered how to deepen your spiritual practice? 🌟 I often use automatic writing as a way to connect — whether it's with God, my wise self, or even my father when I feel him around. It’s all about tuning in to interpsychic rapport or telepathic communication to receive and document the messages. This isn’t mediumship — it’s a soul-level connection that’s just for me. "Automatic Writing" is when the writing that comes through is from "other sources", not us, even though we hold the pen. In this video I say that I've used Automatic Writing for communication with God/Source, my dad (who is on the other side), and even my own Wise Self. I hear what's coming through and write it down as it comes to mind. It can therefore come through as "Stream of Consciousness Writing". This is when you just let thoughts flow through you, and you write them down. To me, these are both the same. If your intention is to make connection and document the communication, this is a great way of doing just that. The thoughts from "other" will feel like they are coming TO you and THROUGH you and not really FROM you.
