Hello and welcome back to my kitchen!
This was a fiddly recipe to make, I can't lie! But the results were well worth it. These crunchy cabbage rolls are the perfect party appetizer snack and it's almost impossible to stop at one! The cabbage rolls are full of cheese and turkey, and that crispy coating just makes them irresistible!
These stuffed crispy cabbage rolls were so delicious even when reheated the next day (they crisp up really well in an air fryer!).

Ingredients:
1 head savoy cabbage (or any cabbage with big leaves!)
300g pack of your favorite deli meat (I used smoked turkey)
400g pack of your favorite sliced cheese (I used gouda)
7 large well beaten eggs
500g breadcrumbs (I blended some stale, dry bread for this)
Seasoned plain flour (salt and pepper)

My dip:
300g sour cream/ creme fraiche
1-2 minced garlic cloves
salt and pepper
You can add parsley too

Yes, you will get through plenty of egg and breadcrumbs if you're making a large batch like I did! But I had plenty of leftovers which I reheated over the next few days and it was delicious.
