On Southwest your guncase needs a guncase.

This has been a problem for a few years, I'm sick and tired of it.
Most of the time its not a problem, the agent sees that it is locked to legal spec and I'm off. But not in Nashville or Cleveland and sometimes elsewhere too.

Southwest change the wording in your contract of carriage to be consistent with 49 CFR 1540.111(c), and stop "training" your agents improperly.
