Welcome to this video of a Sales Accelerator event held for sales leaders who are striving to build a high performance sales team.

It comprises a 75 minute question and answer program with an outstanding panel of 4 who have deep experience in building elite high performance teams. Two are leadership consultants and two are currently holding roles as highly successful sales directors.

Firstly we have Tony Hughes who is recognised by LinkedIn amongst others as the most influential sales leadership consultant in Asia Pacific and number 2 or 3 globally. Tony will chair the panel as well as sharing his invaluable insight on the subject.

Next we have Diana Tapp who is Australia’s number one high performance team consultant. Diana has helped many of the leadership teams in many large Australian companies to achieve high performance and will be sharing her learnings from these.

Jo Gains is an outstanding sales leader from Salesforce where she is recognised as driving significant high performance in her team. She will be sharing what she is doing to achieve this and also some of the leadership practices Salesforce have in place to achieve sustainable sales growth.

Dan Porter is a sales director in Fujifilm. Previously he held roles in Canon in Europe where he drove significant transformation to achieving high performance.
In recent years, here in Australia, he has been leading transformation to high performance and has some very interesting insight and learnings that he will be sharing with us.
