Entertainer's Dream Yard - 3D Landscape Design - Newbury Park, CA

This design is for a remodel of the entire exterior of this amazing property in Newbury Park (Thousand Oaks), CA. The existing free-form pool has undergone major demo of the original faux rock waterfalls, slide, and beach entry. We added a new Baja Step in where the beach entry was as well as several fire bowls and water features. There is also a new fire pit overlooking the pool, which is integrated into the new hardscape, and a large, semi-circle bench built-in for seating around it.

The back of the house features a new roofed patio cover with an electronic projector screen and new louvered patio covers off the master bedroom and over the outdoor dining areas. The right-side yard also has a new roofed patio cover for the outdoor kitchen and bar area. The outdoor kitchen contains the entire range of appliances/components including a large 42" grill, 30" griddle, 2x side burners, 2x vent hoods, mini fridge, ice maker, a sink, a 2-tap kegerator, a large pizza oven, and a built-in Big Green Egg smoker. There are also 2x TV's and LED backlit shelves for a beautiful bottle display.

This is also a yard that has no shortage of recreation to keep everyone of all ages busy having fun. On one side there is a kids fort playset with swings and a slide. On the other side there is a 1/2 basketball court, a putting green, corn hole area, and an additional fire pit next to the new pool house in the back left corner. The pool house will be like an additional outdoor living room with a fireplace, TV, and an additional bar area.

Additionally, the back of the extra garage will get a new garage door to make it a pass-through garage where the new pool table area will be. There will be 4x smaller TV's mounted, with a new mini fridge, and barstool counter. There will also be a new ping pong area just behind the garage and next to the 1/2 basketball court. Both side recreation areas will have string lights running through them so the fun times can keep going well into the night time.

The front of the house will have new glass garage doors installed, new front walkways, and a fountain to the right of the front entry. Finally, there will be a completely new driveway and hardscaping throughout the property.
