With years of practicing cyclical living—tracking my menstrual cycle, syncing with the moon phases, and honoring the seasons—I realized that if these cycles could guide me personally, they could do the same for my business.

Why Upward Cycle of Success and not just Cycle of Success?
Because you don’t just visit each phase once.

You continuously move through all four phases, circling back as needed until the project is complete—or the business evolves.

But here’s the magic…

Each time you revisit a phase, you’re operating from a higher level of consciousness, tackling it with more awareness and growth than the last time.

Here are the four phases of the Upward Cycle:
🌟 Fertile Void (mimics the menstrual phase) – a time for rest and reflection
🌟 Emergence (mimics the follicular phase) – when ideas begin to take shape
🌟 Visibility (mimics the ovulation phase) – when projects enter the public eye
🌟 Culmination (mimics the luteal phase) – bringing the project or idea to completion

This cycle helps you feel aligned and in sync with your creative process instead of pushing against your natural flow.
