• There is a need to embrace the recognition that you are in evolution; Confidence is a Journey and not a destination
• Identify with your Identity; Borrow God’s belief about you.
• Embrace the recognition that you are innately powerful, yet it will take a lot to birth this greatness. Confidence comes with your investments in the journey to mastery.
• Embrace the paradigm that your work/expertise is an expression of your personal brand

As regards ‘How do you express your multi-influential Persona with confidence?’ She reiterates the need to
•Identify with your Identity and leverage the unique grace for your calling
•Embrace the recognition that It is not on you to birth everything/ it is not your responsibility to execute all ideas
•Embrace the recognition that gifts are not created equally; some gifts are premium
She shares her premium gifts and highlights on how it has cut across her multi-influential life and the power of systems in stewarding your gifts.
A multi-influential life defines, refines and confines. When God takes larger space in your life, lesser allocation is made for other things, particularly distractions

She elucidates on ‘What things can help in managing the multidimensional life?’
• Be about the Father's business; You can not be about your Father's business and be about their father's business at the same time
• Fast off the opinions of men; If you serve and follow the Lord's vision, there will be proofs in your life. Stay keenly focused on your lane as this will elevate your confidence
• Acquisition of spiritual intelligence; Knowing how God speaks and prompt obedience of taking action. You unlock confidence as you do

In response to ‘How do you stay consistently in your evolution with multi-influential skill?’ She highlights:
• Intellectual Humility; It takes confidence and security to acknowledge your gaps and to continue to close it up
• Vision: The recognition of the gap between who you are today and the next God still has for you.
• People: The system of intelligence is in men and access to people paves the way for influence and Influence is a weight of responsibility.
The weight of influence is to preserve God's purpose for a generation

Lastly, she addresses ‘How can we continue to envision?’
•Visioning is an acquired competence and requires a type of atmosphere and a mind infrastructure. She mentions that even we are God’s Vision Board and we need to grow and expand our mind’s infrastructure to envision with God. It’s not enough to catch things from God, but to ‘cut what you caught’
