7 Days To Die appdata 📂 Windows Tutorial (Custom Maps, Mods etc)

I have made this video to help answer a question I often get asked. Where do you find the Windows 10 appdata folder? The appdata directory is the same for all versions of Windows including Windows 11 and this Windows Tutorial is made with 7 Days To Die in mind for those wishing to install custom maps and mods etc. If you watch the whole video I hope that you will fully understand not just where the %appdata% hidden folder can be found, you will also understand each and every directory. Folder structure in the appdata folder is very important when you wish to install a custom map you have downloaded. Maybe you wish to take a backup of a saved game or access the directory to add custom POIs or see the data saved when you visit a public server.
