Recipe of KIKU FIZZ

Ingredients

Sake 60ml
Gin 20ml
Fresh cream 15ml
Sparkling water 40ml
Sugar 20g


Recipe

1. Put Sake, Gin, fresh cream and sugar into the shaker
2. Shake the ingredients with the shaker
3. Put ice cubes in the glass *crushed ice preferable
4. Pour shook ingredients into the glass
5. Pour sparkling water into the glass
6. Gently stir the glass
