A post-graduate in Ophthalmology, Dr.Vinod Goyal was awarded Fellowship to the International College of Surgeons (F.I.C.S.), Illinois, USA in 1992.
He founded Surya Eye Institute and Research Center in 1998
With 42 Years Experience Overall Dr Goyal established Vision Care, a Microsurgery Centre in 1981 and made a niche of his own in the field of Microsurgery, IOLs, Squint, Pediatric Ophthalmology, Intensive Eye Care & Community Ophthalmology.

Dr. Jay Goyal (MBBS, DOMS, FICO LASIK & REFRACTIVE SURGEON)
Dr Jay is a trained Retina & Cataract Surgeon.
With more than 3000 surgeries under his belt, Dr.Jay Goyal joined Surya Eye as a Retina Consultant.
His specialties are: Eye Care for Diabetics, Micro Incision Cataract Surgery (MICS) with Phaco Retina, LASERS, Bladeless (Femto Second) LASIK, Uvea, Latest in Eye Care.
