In this video I compare some different kind of scaling you can choose in game (400% - 300% - 200% - 100%). Always on 4K (3840x2160) with all graphics at ultra.

Test was made with the game version 1.40. Driving on the last DLC relased, Beyond the Baltic Sea. No mods were used.
