Ingredients Required For chocolate truffle cake with egg

Maida (150gm)
Cocoa(30gms)
Sugar(110 gms)
Milk (100gms)
Oil(35 gms)
Vanilla Essence(1 tsp)
Eggs (3 No.)
Vinegar (1 tsp)
Baking powder(1 tsp)
Baking Soda(1/2 tsp)

20 cm cake tin.

Note - these Ingredients are mentioned as per the final chocolate truffle cake with egg of 800gms.

For 2 ingredients frosting (chocolate Ganache)Dark compound (400 gms)
Whipped cream (200gms)
Butter (1 tbsp)
Cocoa powder (3 tsp)

Sugar syrup
(1 tbsp sugar + 2 tbsp water)
Chocolate garnish
You can use Kitkat, White chocolate chips, Chocolate shreds, sprinkles or any other chocolate pieces of your choice.
