Serves 6
Ingredients:
300 g Greek yogurt
1/2 grated cucumber
1 garlic clove
100 g mint leaves
30 ml lemon juice
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper

Steps:
Place Greek yogurt in a bowl
Grate cucumber and garlic
Chop mint and add it with lemon juice, salt, and pepper
Mix well… and your yogurt sauce is ready to impress! 🧑‍🍳

Serves 2
Ingredients:
250 g homemade kefir
150 g dragon fruit (pitahaya)
100 g muesli
30 g sweet banana chips

Steps:

Serve in a bowl
Add muesli, fruit, and toppings
