Montrose Neighborhood in Houston, Texas Ultra HD 4K Real Time Driving Tour.

Join me for a car ride through Houston's Montrose neighborhood. Watch out the window as we pass historic mansions and Live Oak trees that shade wide boulevards. It's late afternoon and starting to be dusk and some of the street lights are coming on.

This drive focuses on some of the residential streets in the Montrose neighborhood. There are also shops, restaurants, and lots of nightlife in this part of Houston. Many of the houses have been converted into apartments, and it is a popular neighborhood for students and young people to live in.

Montrose is known for being an eclectic neighborhood, but many of the older homes have been torn down and replaced with modern construction.

This drive does not go past St. Thomas University, but it is located in the same neighborhood. Many students at St. Thomas, Rice, and University of Houston live in the Montrose neighborhood.
