Tai Chi, Fascia & Force; Connecting to Fascia to Overcome Strength and Size

In this video, Susan demonstrates the use of connecting to the fascia in Tai Chi to overcome force from someone substantially taller than her. Tai Chi technique and principles when used properly can overcome any type of force. Susan is sharing her journey of learning Tai Chi applications and principles by choosing random people to try out her developing skills.
