I develop on the Legendary Edition and this is also filmed on that version of the game. The mod will also be available on the Special Edition. This is a early showcase so the city itself is still in development. Navmesh, NPC daily routines, markers and occlusion planes are not yet implemented, nor is the Jarl's Longhouse which will be implemented at a later date.

Dawnstar is now an open city, so located in the Tamriel worldspace and much larger. I've widened the pool of water the city surrounds as well as moved the cliffs and the Quicksilver Mine before placing a fjord that stretches northwards. The city also has an updated design that draws inspirations from the generic Viking fantasy.
