Suji सूजी - 1 cup
Besan बेसन - 1 cup
Curd दही - 1 cup
Water पानी- 1 cup
Turmeric हल्दी -1/4 tbsp
Oil तेल - 2 tbsp
Salt as per taste
Ginger Green chilli paste - 1tbsp
Hing - 1 pinch
coriander powder पिसा धनिया - 1 tbsp
Baking soda - 1/2 tbsp

For Tadka
Oil तेल - 1 tbsp
Mustard seeds सरसों - 1/2 tbsp
cumin seed जीरा -1/2tbsp
Curry leaves कढी पत्ता- 10 to12
Green chili हरी मिर्च - 4 pcs
Water - 1/2 cup
Salt as pr taste
Sugar चीनी - 1 to 2tsp
hing- 1/2 pinch
coriander leaves धनिया पत्ता
