Скачать или смотреть EVGA RTX 3080 FTW3 Ultra unstable fan speed(-sensor/controller) problem only while playing BDO

I received this card in 01 2021 and its fans were reving weirdly up and down at desktop until I did an automaticly received firmware update with Precision X1. Everything works fine since then, except for the game Black Desert Online. While playing BDO the fanspeed turns completely unstable, most of the time on all 3 fans, sometimes only on the first 2 fans and the monitoring shows completely weird rpm numbers like 10mil rpm. The fans also often spike from 0% to 100% and back to 0% while the sensor monitoring shows 0 RPM but 60% speed target.

I've tried everything so far. Reflashing the newest firmware supplied by evga (It happens on both the normal and the "OC" firmware switch position), re seating the GPU, clean driver reinstall, deinstall and reinstall Precision X1 and Afterburner. Nothing seems to resolve this. It seems like a fan controller issue, but its weird that it only is affected from one game while in every other tested game or workload it shows normal behavior.
I also found out that it only happens in the "Remastered Mode" of the game, if I set graphic options to very high instead and even DSR to 4k or above with higher GPU load the fan issue doesn't occur anymore
