The BluesFellas is a blues band from the Netherlands that was founded in 2006. They are not just another blues band, but a stomping blues machine that rocks, cracks, blows, smokes, sweats, rages (sometimes also stinks, but especially laughs when they play together!) as if it were a true delight. Their repertoire is a journey back in time, with the focus primarily on the late country blues of the 1950s and the Chicago blues of the 1960s with a touch of West Coast. Their repertoire is a cross-over of jazz, funk and blues. They perform classics by artists such as Elmore James, Muddy Waters, Howlin’ Wolf, Ray Charles and others in their own 'BluesFellas style.

The band consists in 2008 of four men with some mileage on the clock, both in life and in music. They have released a CD independently in the past and are expected to release a second album later this year. The common thread in the musical life of the men is mainly humor and the blues. Dressed neatly, well-groomed and full of pranks, they provide a musical spectrum of American blues.
