and Welcome to a Raw Mango (Kairi Murabba, Juice, Takku, Masala Kairi ) ( कैरी ) Special Episode of ‪@RedSoilStories‬
It was a hot day in this summer, I was preparing a shed in our front yard. Pooja brought me the tea and asked if I can bring Raw Mangoes from the farm. She wanted to prepare Raw Mango Murabba ( कैरी मुरांबा ) and some other recipes from the Raw Mangoes.
I went into the farm and harvested some raw mangoes from the tree. I brought it home and gave to Pooja. She started preparing the dishes from the Raw Mangoes first of all she Prepared Masala Kairi ( साठवणीची मसाला कैरी ) and put it in the sun for drying. Then she prepared Raw mango drink (कैरीचे सरबत). We both enjoyed it, it was very tasty.
Later she prepared Raw Mango Murabba ( Kairi Murabba ) and kept it in storage shelf.
Few days later she collected the dried Masala kairi and kept in an air tight container in the storage. Pooja prepared Raw Mango Dal ( Kairichi Dal ) ( कैरीची डाळ ) and Kairi Takku ( Raw Mango Salad ) for the lunch. We both enjoyed this Raw Mango Special Lunch.
