Yes, using data on 5G Ultra Wideband counts against your 50GB premium data allotment.

What happens after the 50GB of premium data is used up?
After 50GB, your data speeds will be deprioroitzed. I observed my plan be deprioritized on both LTE and 5G connections.

Do you really get unlimited premium data on 5G Ultra Wideband?
No. From my testing, I observed my Visible+ plan was deprioritized on 5G Ultra Wideband after I had used up all 50GB of premium data.
