Drill sharpening - easy way ? REVISED

Drill sharpening has been causing me problems for years and its time I got on top of it! In this video I start by looking at the anatomy of a drill and reviewing the sharpening jigs I've already tried. I want to sharpen drills up 30mm in diameter and need a grinding jig for this. I'd like to make a conical grinding jig for my AR5 T&C grinder, but will likely also make a jig to do 4 facet sharpening - hopefully with a design that is easy to make and simple to use. Let's get started :)
REVISION: I withdrew the original version of this video and edited it to correct a significant error on my part ie showing an incorrect method for using a conical drill grinding jig.
