Coast Guard to hold hearings on implosion of Titan submersible

Nearly 15 months after Titan submersible began its doomed descent to the bottom of the ocean, the U.S. Coast Guard will begin its first public hearings as part of its investigation to uncover what caused the vessel to implode on its way to the Titanic wreckage.
