The events of this part of the game will be completely different, as we knew it in its first part. It talks about a young man who belongs to the noble class and is the son of one of the famous families competing for fame and wealth in Italy. The game takes the player in its events to the fifteenth (15) century and the beginning of the sixteenth (16) century, meaning that 300 years after the events of the first part of the game, Lucy returns and helps Desmond escape from Abstergo and brings him to a hideout and introduces him to her friends Sean and Rebecca, who are also Assassins, in addition to the presence of an updated version of the Animus device. Desmond enters the Animus again and discovers the memories of his ancestor, "Ezio Auditore," a young nobleman in 1476 in Florence. Desmond hopes to obtain Ezio's abilities through the bleeding effect to help the Assassins.
