INGREDIENTS
FOR DOUGH:
All-purpose flour (मैदा) - 300 grams/2 cup
Salt (नमक) - 1 tsp
Sugar (चीनी) - 1 tsp
Curd (दही) - 2-3 tbsp
Baking powder (बेकिंग पाउडर) - 1 tsp
Baking soda (बेकिंग सोडा) - 1/2 tsp
Oil (तेल) - 1 tbsp
Milk (दूध) - 1/2 cup lukewarm
Water (पानी) - as required
Maize flour (मक्के का आटा) - as required

FOR GARLIC BUTTER:
Butter (बटर) - 3-4 tbsp
Garlic (लहसुन) - 2 tbsp
Mixed herb/Oregano/chili flakes (मिक्स हर्ब/ओरिगैनो) - some

FOR WHITE SAUCE
Butter (बटर) - 1 tbsp
All-purpose flour (मैदा) - 1 tbsp
Milk (दूध) - 1/2 glass
Mixed herb/Oregano/chili flakes (मिक्स हर्ब/ओरिगैनो) - some
Salt (नमक) - some

FOR FILLING:
Cheese (चीज़) - some
Corns (कॉर्न्स) - some
Capsicum (शिमला मिर्च) - some
Coriander leaves (धनिया पत्ती) - some
Mixed herb/Oregano/chili flakes (मिक्स हर्ब/ओरिगैनो) - some

RECIPE:

For Garlic Butter, take a pan, put some butter and grated Garlic in it and cook it on medium flame then turn off the flame and put some mixed Herbs in it. Garlic Butter will get ready. Keep it for cooling down and then keep it in the fridge.
For White Sauce, in the same pan, put some Butter and All-Purpose Flour and roast it on slow flame. Then turn off the flame for 2 mins and stir it continuously by adding some Milk in it. Then turn on the flame and cook it. When it starts boiling, turn off the flame, put some Salt and mix Herbs and take out it in a bowl. Cover it and keep it aside for cooling down.
For Dough, take a bowl, put some sieved All-Purpose Flour, Salt, Powdered Sugar, Curd, Baking Powder, Baking Soda, and some Oil in it. Mix it then put some lukewarm Milk and bind the soft dough by adding water in it. Then knead the dough for 5-7 mins properly or you can beat it with the beater. Then put some oil on the dough and make it smooth. Then cover it for 1 hour.
After an hour, dust some Maize Flour/ Wheat Flour/ All Purpose Flour on the kitchen platform/slab and knead the dough for a minute.
Divide the dough into 2 parts and take one part, spread it by using hands, and apply Garlic Butter on it. Put some grated Mozzarella Cheese and Processed Cheese on it or you can put a layer of White Sauce in place of Cheese. Then put some Corns, chopped Capsicum, finely chopped Coriander Leaves, Mix Herbs, some more Cheese and fold it and seal it properly. Apply some Garlic Butter on it and make cuts.
Grease a tin/tray with Garlic Butter, dust some Maize Flour on it and put the Garlic Bread in it. Bake it in the OTG/ Microwave Convection at 180 degree for 20 mins.
In this way, Garlic Bread will get ready easily at home.
