It might be difficult to see but Mario is running across the walls of Brooklyn College's Studio 312 Roosevelt Extension. I made the animation by grabbing different screen shots from Super Mario Bros 2 and developed sprites in Photoshop. Then I did a frame by frame animation in Premiere Pro. The sound effects were easily accessible from a variety of YouTube uploads named Super Mario 2 sound effects. Unfortunately I don't remember exactly which upload I used so I can't credit you!

This was my composition/animation for Fall 2013 Composers Concert at Brooklyn College.

Mario begins running at the right wall and disappears behind the red curtain. A flying carpet being [what's that guy called again?] is chasing him and disappears behind the curtain too.

Mario and the carpet chasing him across the front wall, or the stage rather.

On the left wall is a little hallway out to the exit. Mario hides around the corner of that little hallway. The flying carpet loses Mario. Mario takes the chance while his adversary is confused by the disappearance of the plump plumber; he climbs up the wall, runs over the entrance to the little hallway and jumps on top of the monster. Like in the game he picks it up and throws it away.

Mario is attacked by Beezo's in every direction. After having dodged them all he flies away on top of the wall of Studio 312 (20 feet up in the air) towards the stage. Once he reaches the center he descends. The rest is easy enough to fully comprehend without any explanations.
