She more specifically cites her decision to go “barefoot in the boardroom” and finally, discusses how these steps can be used to more effectively influence change.

Shara Hutchinson is the Founder and Change Strategist at Xposeyour, a Transformational Speaker, and author. She is a technology-oriented executive and customer success professional with a proven track record of developing and implementing operational strategies that creatively enhance the customer experience while supporting key business initiatives. Shara serves on several boards and loves making an impact in the community. A fun fact about her is that she ghostwrites speeches for celebrities, CEOs, and other leaders. When Shara is not working, she spends time making memories with her husband and son.
