同班朋友去咗越南峴港旅行。今集整越南牛肉河粉。

Went to Da Nang, Vietnam with my friends, and today's dish is Beef Pho.

四人份量 For four people
牛骨4塊 - 4 large pieces of beef bones
牛腱1條 - 1 beef shin
肉桂2條 - 2 cinammon sticks
丁香8粒 - 8 cloves
茴香子1茶匙 - 1tsp of fennel seeds
八角5塊 - 5 star anise
甘草3片（隨意） - 3 slices of liquorice roots (optional)
芫荽子1茶匙（隨意）- 1tsp of coriander seeds (optional)
洋蔥2個 - 2 onions
薑約4吋長 - 4 inches lengthwise of ginger
魚露4湯匙 - 4tbsp of fish sauce
冰糖1塊 - 1 cube of rock sugar
鹽（隨意）- salt to taste

越南河粉 - Vietnamese rice noodles
生牛肉片 - raw beef slices

金不換（羅勒葉）- Thai basil
野香草（刺芹） - Culantro
薄荷葉 - Mint leaves
豆芽 - beansprouts
青檸 - lime
紅辣椒 - red chilli pepper
芫荽 - coriander
蔥 - green onion
洋蔥絲 - sliced onion
是拉差辣醬 - Siracha chilli sauce
