Goblin Slayer sigue a un aventurero llamado "Goblin Slayer" obsesionado con exterminar goblins, criaturas "débiles" que son subestimadas por los demás aventureros. A lo largo de la primera temporada, forma un equipo con una sacerdotisa, un elfo, un enano y un lagarto, enfrentándose a hordas de goblins en misiones peligrosas. A pesar de la falta de reconocimiento por sus logros, su persistencia y habilidad lo convierten en un héroe clave para evitar una catástrofe.
