Driving Me Loopy - A Shunting Layout

This is my third shunting layout and needs the most complex driving of all three.
Basically it's been made from spare track that I inherited when a friend Derry passed away. There is a large pile of second hand points, loads of straight track and I had no use for it, some will be sold on, but I decided that I could make another shunting layout. In addition I had a small offcut of ply 48" x 10", sorry at the age of 79 I still think in Imperial measurements !!
I thought a loop may fit on the board, well it's been a squeeze, it could have done with just 2" more, but I was sticking to what I had.
This is the first attempt of making a video of it working. Perhaps I should have fully sorted the Kadee couplers before trying, but I have spent some time driving it to see if it is functional and became impatient to do one.
Initial tests proved that it was impossible to have 7 wagons in the sequence,
but with just 6 it's possible to achieve any combination of 4 in the assembly siding. Some combinations are difficult and in those cases an exercise could easily last 20 minutes plus !!

Now I've got this far, confirmed it's worth completing I'll need to plan some scenery. Also working out which way I'll work the points, DCC will be SO SLOW that I'm looking at making mechanical hand operated.
