After the walking dead update chapter hit the game has been a mess... We've had many bugs & issues present in the game even after many bugs which were reported in the PTB wasn't fixed in the Live build. There has been a situation where a CM had a lot of backlash after saying streetwise wasn't kill switch worthy until the community forced BHVR to kill switch it & then this disaster of a stream which featured Chandler Riggs which Otz provided a fix but they wouldn't listen.
