The Soul King Hides A Massive Secret In BLEACH… #Bleach #Shorts #Anime, In Bleach throughout the series we get a few mentions of The Soul King, the King of the Soul Society which is a pretty massive place with some extremely strong people running around in the Gotei 13, so of course you’d expect the KING himself to be extremely powerful, right? Well the surprise eventually comes that the soul king is really nothing more than a tool to allow spirits to transfer from one world to the other, with the goal of maintaining the flow so that the barriers between the separate realms don’t collapse. Because of this level of importance, he was eventually placed under guard and sealed away, but not before his Arms, Legs, and hjs heart were removed, something that didn’t actually kill him, as each of those body parts went on to become sentient and seemed to become their own life form with incredibly strong powers. Two of these body parts join the Quincy Army and they’re seen in the final arc of the series the Thousand Year Blood War, while another became a mysterious shadow entity that haunts the Soul Society, using the ability to completely halt progress on anything it uses its ability on. These are just the three we know about, as we actually haven’t seen the personification of the Soul King’s legs anywhere, but it’s possible that they’ve both run off to locations that we just haven’t seen them in yet, like the possibility that one of them can still be somewhere hidden in Hueco Mundo or on earth, and the other one could be in Hell. Next, let’s explain the powers of the Soul King’s pieces one by one, because they’re pretty broken.
