Mage Knight Combat 1: Core Battle Mechanics

In this video we launch a series in which we will examine the way combat works in Mage Knight the Board Game. To start, we examine the stages of combat, wounds, damage, and knockout, as well as the asymmetries between player, enemies, and allied units. A connection is drawn between the wound mechanic and the asymmetries of combat that hopefully clarify and assist in learning the facets of combat that often confuse new players.
